Light Development Organization For The Most Vulnerable People (L.D.O.M.P) was established on February 17, 2000. It was recognized by the Royal Government of Cambodia and participated in the International Non-Government Organization of Federation’s member on March 15, 2001. Since it has established, it has focused on its activities in the humanity mission and stood on the five chapters of movement policy. After Cambodia has gotten away from the fire-war, L.D.O.M.P. has been helping to give the emergency aid to the most vulnerable people, miserable people, especially all the orphans and street children in Cambodia. It has also cooperated very closely with the international non-government organization and the Royal government of Cambodia by bearing on the neutral and humanity law. The government acknowledged the Light Development Organization For The Most Vulnerable People, as a government’s assistant in the humanity activities to release the grief-stricken of the most vulnerable people that easy to get misfortune. It was also appointed as a member of saving institutions to help the government and the activity executor in the society development. Light Development Organization For The Most Vulnerable People’s basic of law include, the statute that recognized by the Royal government of Cambodia as a fulfiller the humanity work and respecting the international humanity movement’s constitution. L.D.O.M.P is like the other components of the international humanity movement that must stand its ground on the neutral policy, non- bias, serve the volunteer service and global agreement.
